DAILY INSPIRATION: Years back I worked a lot with addicts. I would put them through a detoxification program and coach them. Some of them had a genetic predisposition to the disease and others became addicts over many years of making poor choices. Everyday we make choices that over time create the results of our lives.   

 

DAILY UNIVERSAL LAW: Today we align with The Law of Action. Newton’s Third Law states, “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” The universe is a non-dualistic mechanical system, an unified energetic field. This is how your actions are actively corresponded and reflected back to you. With every action you take, you set into motion a cooperative system of infinite magnitude. Every non-action is an action in the realm of consciousness.  For every harmonic and loving action, there is a retribution of harmony in one’s life. For every chaotic and harmful action, there is payback of chaos in one’s life.  

 

DAILY SPIRITUAL PRACTICE: Make your bed! What does this mean? According to the famous speech by Navy Seal William McRaven, making your bed represents how you go through life. If you can’t complete one cycle you probably won’t be able to complete anything.

 

DAILY CHALLENGE: Get a support group!
