Live from Los Angeles. Today's podcast is called how to build an extraordinary business. And so we are talking all about how to become extraordinary versus good in your business, whether you are, um, a spiritual coach, whether you have a business, whether you are a solo entrepreneur, or whether you are building a huge company, there are distinctions within this podcast and business that applies to all of us. And so today we're gonna talk about how to become extraordinary. So about a month ago, I went to a, uh, mastermind. It was this beautiful mastermind. And, um, it was funny because, you know, we teach all kinds of distinctions with society and like all of us, we have to remember our own distinctions. So I go to this mastermind and, uh, they ask, you know, what is the primary goal that you have right now with your company?

Like, well, you know, we're taking, uh, society from multiple six figures to, you know, a multiple seven figures right now. And they said, that's the worst goal. You can have <laugh>. And I was like, okay, because once we looked at everything and basically the goal we've switched our goal since the mastermind, our goal now, which it really has been along the way, but really, really compounded it into concreteness is really to master exactly where we're at. Not only delegating, not only building our team, auditing our entire program and making sure that it is extraordinary exactly where it's at, so that when we do scale, when we do become a multiple seven figure company, that E we are extraordinary versus just good. So it was so funny because we teach this all the time. So in one of the distinctions of universal law and how, you know, how energy works is that it works on a gradient, right?

What we focus on expands and multiplies and reflects back exponentially, and same thing, whatever we don't focus on diminishes, right? So it's the same thing with anything. Energy is energy and the laws apply to everywhere in our life, right? So if we want to become extraordinary, we don't look at, you know, getting somewhere. We focus on being extraordinary right now, we know that there is no such thing as the future. So if you wanna be extraordinary, you've gotta be extraordinary right now. You've gotta master at a level right now. It's kind of like imagining a little child that wants to, you know, doesn't even walk, doesn't even crawl and it wants to run well, it's never gonna happen, right? And it's not gonna develop the right muscles that it needs, that it gets developed as it crawls. And then as it begins to stand up and begins to walk and all the things that have to happen in order for the body to adjust and learn all the rudiments of being able to run.

Right. I see this over and over again with the coaches that we certify and train, they want to get, uh, you know, to that six figure seven figure. They want to get their first client or their, you know, they wanna have a plethora of clients when they haven't mastered the work. They haven't mastered the skills to be extraordinary, to have, have one great transformation with one client. And in society. One of the things we do is we have, uh, the ambassadors be able to link up with each other and do pro bono work and get testimonials in exchange for doing the transformational work and subconscious processes. And oftentimes they get frustrated. They wanna, they wanna get, you know, to where they have a thriving company before they've mastered the work. And it just doesn't work like that. You know, you can go out and get a client, but then if you don't get the results for 'em, you know, it's not gonna, you're not gonna be able to get the next client, right.

So the point is, is that, are you mastering where you're at? And if you're not mastering where you're at, then you're gonna have more problems. If you try and grow your company, or you take on all those clients, you're gonna end up not being able to have the skillset to handle them, right? So this is the gradient of life. And, uh, I'll never forget years back. There's a distinction within business, which is basically referability meaning that say I was going to hire somebody to redo my bathroom. Let's just say and say, there's somebody that does extraordinary work. They are just the best of the best. They are. Their craftsmanship, everything they, they do is amazing, but they don't show up and they're very inconsistent and they don't do what they say they're gonna do. Actually the other person that the person that is maybe not as talented as that person, the next person, that, um, the next company that, that will come in, they don't, they don't do the extraordinary work.

They do good work. They do really good work and they show up and they're consistent. And they do what they say they're gonna do. They actually will end up thriving more than the other company or person as far as a company goes, right. It's called referability and it's called scalability. Right? We can't master anything until we are able to be extraordinary, right, where we're at to make it into what we call a machine. And so from a spiritual perspective, we really have to know the truth, which is be here now, which is being in the presence. And so again, if we are trying to get somewhere before we're ready for it, we're not really, really embracing and understanding the full lessons that life is trying to bring us right here and right now, so on this note, you know, I just invite you, I invite you today to take a look at where you're at.

And sometimes people get frustrated that things aren't happening faster and recognizing the universe is always working for us. It's like a grand master classroom for us, for us to really get developed and expand our consciousness and do everything to embody that, which basically we kind of graduate from that level. And then we go to the next level. So we call it a gradient, we call it nail and scale. So on that, just knowing, being extraordinary. So how do you build an extraordinary business? You've got to build one client at a time. You've gotta build all the systems and everything behind it. So as I left that masterclass, um, it was a couple day masterclass. And at the end of the masterclass, it was really fascinating because I went into the masterclass, almost feeling, not overwhelmed. I wouldn't say, I just feel like, you know, it's just so much keeping up with the Jones in our world of getting a multiple seven figure BI business and, and scaling at that level.

And when I left that masterclass, I really realized how lucky we are to know the truth and how the truth will set us free. And all prayers are already answered. And as I walked outta that mastermind just so blessed to be around so many great entrepreneurs, soul based entrepreneurs, really trying to make a difference in the world. I just felt so at ease. And so right in my own skin and knowing that I'm being developed exactly as I need to society, you know, the, we have, uh, so many amazing, extraordinary people, global ambassadors all around the world. And, um, they are in there taking the course, right? I'm the, you know, leader, if you will, I teach, but what I recognize fully and I always have is that society and the community is my course, you know, as a leader, our communities and our businesses are really our, our gurus.

They are here to develop us. So as we know, business development is spiritual development. So anywhere you're at in your business, whether it's just a concept or whether you have a big startup or whether you're raising capital or whether you are a CEO or whatever's there, that I recognize that whatever you are dealing with, whether it be personalities, whether it be trying to build a team, whether it be getting financing, whatever this is, the development, this is the place that you become extraordinary. And if you're having problems at this level, you sure as hell are gonna have problems at the next level. So every time people come, they think if they just had more money, or if they just had more clients, all their problems would be gone. It is not the truth. In fact, it's quite the opposite. And so I recognize my own development.

(09:46):

We're here. Everyone has their growth, everyone has their growth. And so on that note, let's just take a deep breath together through the nose and just knowing the truth, the truth, recognizing that all of life is this amazing playground of awakening. I recognize right here. And right now that business development is spiritual development. I recognize right here and right now my commitment to be extraordinary, my commitment as society be extraordinary. May we, we touch one person's life that transcends in such magnitude across the globe. I recognize in this community that we not only have the ability to awaken a billion people, we have the ability to transcend our own birthright of joy, of bringing our voice to the world. I truly believe that you have a gift and a calling that as you tap in and you do all the inner work and you get certified in this work, that all the abundance, all of the community, all the love, everything is already there because it's in you.

And so it's always, the only prayer I ever have is to be connected, to source, to know the truth of who I am and be released from all limitations, be released from all my emotional traumas, be released from all the past that no longer serves. And I recognize, and I'm committed to that for you. And in that extraordinary businesses, extraordinary ability to touch and change and be the difference you wanna see in the world is your destiny, whatever you truly desire ISIR in you. And in that, it always begins with the inner work. I simply know this my mind. I see you free, joyful and powerful living passionately and leaving the legacy on this life. I say, yes, yes, yes.
